Alexander Technique is especially useful for reducing suffering from physical imbalances such as neck, back and knee pain, and for unleashing artistry and skill in performers. It’s a method of mind body awareness that educates people about tension habits, giving a practical means to improve automatic ways of moving, breathing, sensing and seeing. Through movement and hands on guidance, we will address applications to life areas including sitting, standing and walking without pain, vocal production, skilled movement, vision, and stress reduction. No experience necessary. .

Plenty of hands-on guidance will be provided to give each participant the physical experience of moving free from automatic tension.
